I've stayed here a couple of times and will most likely go back. For the most part the good tops the bad in this rating. The front desk is always friendly/helpful and the underground parking garage is a plus. Not only to avoid weather/outdoor temps but it's also provides surveillance for reassurance. Just like any other business the room cleanliness depends on who was on shift. I will say that on a scale of (worst) 1- 5 (best) my first stay was would be rated 5 but this last time would definitely be a 2. The floor had tacky sticky drip marks on it along with one of the desks, it had not been swept in the bathroom/sink area, dried toothpaste splattered on bottom rim of mirror frame/sink counter and the carpet appeared to be poorly vacuumed in a lot of areas. There were no tissues in the compartment and 3 lids with only one cup for coffee. (I know these are minor inconveniences but definitely should've been restocked) I'm going to assume or hope this housekeeper is on the outs due to lack on job effort because the next morning one of the workers appeared to be training a new maid. Again..probably not the hotel itself problem but one a problem for lack of effort on one single house maid. With all this said I will return for another visit/stay in hopes that maybe this was a one time fail and my next stay will be more like my first.

Room was nice and clean, no working window in the room. Had sheat metal bed frame kinda lound when u accidently kick it. The breakfast wasn't really a breakfast, it was a sack full of snacks... There is a quite bar next door the good for an evening drink after a long drive.

I recently stayed at the Travel Lodge hotel in downtown Great Falls, Montana, and had a wonderful experience! The room was newly renovated and exceptionally clean, making our stay very comfortable. It was great to find a pet-friendly hotel that took such good care of both the facilities and their guests. The downtown location was perfect, offering convenient access to local attractions and amenities. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling with pets or looking for a clean, modern place to stay in Great Falls!

The building is old. But my room is great. Clearly they have been remodeling. Parking can be a challenge if you are in a taller pickup. Tracy's cafe is just one block walk and very good home cooking

Hotel located in older section of the city. Undergoing renovations, looks like almost complete. Breakfast, think Continental. There is Coffee, Tea, Juices, Milks, Oatmeal, Cereals & a bag with Muffin, Yogurt, Apple & Granola bar. Nothing fancy about this place. Staff have always been pleasant and friendly. Heating & cooling works in the room. Hot water for showers. Underground parking is a bonus in the winter.

The outside of the building looks run down; however inside is very modern, updated, and clean. Deeper into the town of Great Falls so you’ll pass the more expensive hotels driving to it. For the price, it is awesome. Hotel is in the old downtown district so it is walkable to many restaurants, stores, and bars

The rooms although tidy, could be deep cleaned. There are spider webs all over the interior windows and blinds at the top of the ceilings. There was soap drips on the side of the tub as well. The walls are paper thin and could hear walking, talking, coughing etc. We only stayed one night to continue our road trip but for one stay it was fine since it was near a lot of shops too.

Honestly I don't understand all the super negative reviews of this place. Our room and bathroom seemed newly renovated with nice furniture, clean towels and bedding, etc. This was actually the cleanest and most comfortable hotel we stayed at during our Montana/Wyoming/south Dakota trip on a budget. No issues with feeling unsafe nor with loud guests like other reviews mention, perhaps those reviewers have never been to a bigger city or something. The only issues really were that we were only given one towel, and the toilet and AC were loud. Plus breakfast left a lot to be desired--it was just a grab and go bag which was mostly stuff I couldn't eat as I'm vegan. Seems unnecessarily wasteful. Overall I'd recommend it if you're looking for a basic but nice and comfortable place.

The hotel has remodeled top 2 floors. Looking great, clean and fresh. Best place we stayed this week. Price is great,but freee is always better. Basement parking is for smaller cars under 9 feet tall, parking outside too. Kobe steakhouse close by,for fun Japanese food Great Falls Great time.

The Graveyard gentleman was very helpful and courteous. We only stayed for a couple of hours because of sceadualing,but I will say these are very nice rooms!!They had an awesome view of downtown and super modern. They even went the extra mile with the mattresses.Very comfortable. I wish I could've stayed longer in this place than some of the other ones I've had to stay longer at..
